I worked as a nanny for 12 years. During that time, I only worked for one family. I watched their children grow from babies to preteens, and have experienced all the joys, milestones, and difficulties at each stage. This has given me experience with all ages! After this, I moved on to child care settings. Most recently, I have worked as a Lead Teacher in a Preschool. I have planned curriculum and ensured that all children were meeting goals. Along with this, I have taken coursework in Early Childhood Education, and have earned a CDA. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. I am CPR and first aid certified. I am a mom with two daughters! Our oldest is 13, and our youngest is 18 months.

Kelly has worked alongside myself, but also has become a wonderful friend. Across a variety of settings, Kelly has shown multiple levels of responsibility and dedication. She puts others first and always shows the positive of any situation. Kelly has the instinctive nurturing quality that time and experience has only improved. She is capable of juggling multiple demands and multiple children at the same time, never losing focus. Kelly takes her career with children very seriously. She commits herself daily to being the best role-model and caregiver a child would dream of spending time with in their life. Kelly has experienced emotional and behavioral challenges with different children. Her experiences with those children have allowed her to continue her education and improve skills in handling the children appropriately. She provides the perfect level of structure for children hidden by her love and affection for the child. Kelly will be a wonderful asset to your company or family.
