About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as dedicated, compassionate, and driven I like working with kids because they are fun full of energy and I love helping them learning grow. I am looking for a job where I can make a positive impact build strong, meaningful relationships, and work in a supportive and communicative environment. I started working with kids when I was very young I used to babysit around my neighborhood and even became a mother's helper. I also worked with kids through my church helping run the nursery Sunday school and assisting in vacation Bible school program. One thing you should know about me is I generally care about every child I work with and treat them with kindness, patience, and respect. I am dependable responsible and committed to creating a safe positive environment where kids feel comfortable, supported and valued.
