About Perla

I'm a responsible, patient, and loving childcare provider with over two years of experience as an au pair. As the oldest of seven siblings, I started caring for my younger brothers at 14 and later helped raise my baby cousin. These experiences shaped my passion for childcare and taught me how to support children with love and structure. I'd describe my personality as Caring, Responsible, Patient I enjoy working with kids for the joy and curiosity they bring. I love helping them grow in a safe space, guiding them I seek a role where I can support children with love and care. Clear communication is very important to me. I value respect and a positive environment. In my free time, I enjoy the gym, skincare, reading, and walking my dog. I was a children's ministry leader in my church, part of a project focused on helping kids grow in a safe and loving environment.
