About Katie

Hello, My name is Katie! I am 30 years old and my husband and I are located in the Ridgefield area! I am recently going through a career change. Most of my experience has been working with children from teaching swim lessons for 4 years for the city of Vancouver to working in daycare from 2017 to 2019. I went into electrical from 2020 to 2023 and am recently going back to school to get my FDN certification. I am hoping to find a family in the Clark county/ Cowlitz county area to permanently Nanny for while going to school online. I specialize in small children specifically Infants and Toddlers but have worked with children as old as 12 years old. I offer a alternative approach to childcare. I believe that Children need a lot of outside play time and a lot less screen time. I also have experience working directly with children who have developmental disabilities and know how important it is to teach and show the world that they are capable of anything if shown grace and patience.
