I received my Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts in 2013. After graduating, I quickly realized that although I had a major passion for preparing exquisite meals, I prefer to be in a more personal environment. Thus, I became a Personal Chef. On a weekly basis, I am responsible for coming up with an outline for the meals, getting it approved by the family, making the shopping list, doing the grocery shopping, and preparing the food. I am available for full-time hire, or on an as needed basis for a special event or occasion.
