About Kassidy

I am an RN currently working at Doernbechers in the pediatric float pool. I also worked as a CNA for 4 years in Boise, ID. I have experience working on a cardiac unit and an intensive care unit and I am confident I have the capability to meet all medical care expectations. I believe, more important than my technical experience however, is providing an environment where someone feels safe and comfortable. Connecting with patients, understanding their needs, and providing help in a respectful manner are all values that I strive to perfect. I understand people are in a vulnerable spot and trusting someone to take care of your loved one can be difficult. Core to my belief is that medical professionals must have the ability to empathize, letting compassion serve our industry. It is this type of care that I strive for to mitigate emotional distress and provide exceptional service in difficult times.
