I have about 3 years of experience working as a cook in a private home. Most recently, I worked for a family of 5 in Southampton New York for the summer. I prepared lunch and dinner for the family and staff, did all of the shopping and kept the kitchen very clean. I graduated from The California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 1997 and worked as a personal chef to a woman from 1999 to 2001. I prepared and served breakfast, lunch and dinner for the family and staff. I prepared multi-course dinners and banquets for up to 100 guests. I also traveled with this job to New York and Florida. I have been cooking for over 20 years. I love a clean and organized kitchen, and I work very hard to make that happen. I love to cook in a classic American style, with lots of French and Italian influences. I can cater to any dietary restrictions. I am a single man with no children. I have completely open availability, I am free to travel if needed and I can start immediately.
