I'm the mother of a special needs child with multiple neurological disorders, he is 12. I work full time in Greentree and live in Scott. I'm looking to make ends meets by caring for children. I have cared for 1 special needs child in the past and currently care for 2 special needs children Thursday evenings My son is everything to me and I've spent years researching ways to help him. I have connections to the Autism Center of Pittsburgh. I can recommend physicians, therapists, social skills groups and sporting groups. I have great knowledge of special diets due to my son's food allergies and am comfortable administering basic meds. Currently, I'm available Tuesdays approximately 5/5:30 p.m. -8ish, Fridays the same and occasional Saturday evenings.

I've had the good fortune of hiring Julia to care for my two autistic children a couple of months ago. I couldn't be happier. She is very caring with my children, and sensitive to their needs. Her attitude is very upbeat and positive, and she's happy to see them each time. She has been very punctual and reliable. I feel very confident in trusting her with my children while I'm away.
