I strongly recommend Julia as a reliable, trustworthy, and caring babysitter. She is my sister, so I know she has been babysitting since she was a teenager and children LOVE her. She is great with kids of all ages and she genuinely enjoys playing and caring for them. Most recently (April 2015) she moved in with me to help take care of my newborn baby. She did feedings, tummy time, naps and baths while I had some work to do out of the house. And now she babysits my 5 month old and he loves her. My son is so lucky to have her as his aunt, and any family would be lucky to have her care for their children. She is the best!
