About Jorge

Hello, my name is Jorge. I'm a kind, compassionate caregiver and a certified trainer specializing in at-home senior fitness and taking care of the aging population. I'm also certified in: exercise therapy; first aid and CPR; basic life support; first aid; infection control; Parkinson's Disease Awareness Training for Fitness Professionals; and, dementia care by the Alzheimer's Association I'm fully vaccinated and have received all boosters against COVID-19. I help seniors run errands, escort them to doctors' appointments, shop, take walks and help them stay as active as possible. I have basic cooking skills, do light housework and am physically strong. I encourage people to stay healthy, respect their boundaries, and help them keep their independent lifestyle as much as possible. My goal is to give people the comfort and support of knowing they can stay at home or be outside without worry. I'm extremely aware of, and adhere to, all COVID-19 safety precautions.
