About Joanne

I've been a full-time caregiver for 15 years. I have a Bachelor of Science degree. I took care of both of my parents in my home after they developed serious illnesses. My 95 yr. old father lived with me for eight years after having two strokes and dementia. My work includes companionship, laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medicine reminders and transportation. I'm available for all shifts (either part or full-time) . I've been trained to care for clients with Alzheimer's disease, cancer, cataract surgery, congestive heart failure, COPD, dementia, diabetes, hearing & vision loss, hip/ knee replacements, Parkinson's and stroke. I've also worked with Hospice providing end of life care. I've completed all on-line courses offered by the Dept. of Aging Eldercare Services.
