I have been working with Paula for almost 5 years now. I am located in New Jersey and she has been taking care of my sister (with a diagnosis of Dementia) in Daytona Beach Florida. Paula has proven herself over and over again as a kind, caring, empathetic, efficient, professional. I’ve had many requests since I’m not close by and she has never had a problem satisfying my needs for my sister. Honestly, I can’t say enough about how wonderful she has been and how it has given me peace of mind just knowing that I can call her anytime and her response is quick and without a problem for her. Besides her personal care, she will go if an additional visit is needed or many times to the post office, she prepares her medication‘s weekly, takes her for medical visits to the VA clinic, takes her food shopping and the times my sister is not up to going, Paula will do the shopping herself. She has endless patience when my sister’s behavior warrants it. She is truly an all-around wonderful person and wonderful Home Health Aide. My sister loves her and calls her ‘my friend’.
