I am an International Reporter that recently got played off due to outsourcing in Corporate. I am looking to find a job that I enjoy, instead of sitting at a desk 8 to 12 hours a day. I have recently house sat for a few of my friends and family, and at the end of the service, everyone was happy, and I realized that that's how I want to feel when the job is done. I know what it's like to go on vacation (especially in the winter) and be worrying about whats going on at home. Everyone said that it felt so good to be able to just call home and know everything is fine and they can relax and just enjoy their time away. Just to show that there is activity at the house, that mail and newspapers are picked up, water their indoor plants, feed their fish, etc. It may sound like nothing, but to some people it means a lot. And to me, what's a vacation, if you can't relax?? Isn't that what it's all about???
