I care for 12 high risk children in my time off as (usually) a full time Nanny. One child is blind, several are ADD/ADHD & a few have been autistic. I love children of all spectrums & wish to care for them in a Christian environment.

I would not recommend hiring Jill. She missed a meeting that she chose the time for two nights in a row with no advance notice. The first time she was at a specialty cooking store. The second was held up with caring for kids but didn't let us know in advance even though she knew in advance that the parents would be held up due to inclement weather. We rearranged our evening both times to make this happen. Turns out she was just a stringing us along. She already had a contractual offer from a family and for whatever reason decided not to inform us. Perhaps trying to get competitive bidding? Not sure. Anyway, I genuinely wished her the best and she responded with an awful passive aggressive comment. A big red flag for us as well as standing us up twice in a row. What type of caring nanny does that to parents?
