I'd love to meet and get to know your family! I am non-smoking, punctual, dependable, honest and easy going. I have worked with children from the cradle to adulthood (and some beyond!). I can work with everything from diapers and bottles to the very medically fragile. I began working with children (and disabled children) at age 21. Here I am 25 years later - still going strong! I have had full training as a Therapeutic and Intensive Treatment (Foster) Parent and I am also an adoptive parent. My children are grown now (all 5 of them!) and I am available! Jewel is a very intelligent and experienced professional who can, and did, conquer and excel at every single task put before her. She is very even-tempered and her great love for children is obvious in every decision and task she puts her hand to. She is a problem solver and very creative, thinking outside the box for solutions to every situation. She also handles her affairs with people of all ages with respect, tenacity, compassion but also holds them to a very high standard, one that she has set for herself. She has been one of the most dependable, knowledgeable and pleasant people I have ever had the privilege to know and I would not hesitate to rehire her again and fully recommend Jewel for any position she chooses to pursue.
