Jessica seemed very overwhelmed in general, and I came home to both of my kids still awake at 11PM. I did not get the sense that she was in control of the situation (bedtime, diapering, etc) and though I'm confident my kids were safe, I would not feel comfortable hiring Jessica again based on this experience.
