About Jessica

Hello! I am graduating this year from a private high school with a 4.46 weighted GPA and I got a 2080 on the SAT's, just to give you a feel for my academic ability. I took 6 AP courses in high school, have consistently been on honor roll, and plan on attending college in the fall. I have been tutoring as a volunteer all through high school. I've mainly tutored in math, but I also love science, French, and English. I've tutored many of my friends and have been told I'm very helpful at breaking down and explaining the material. My experience with kids includes 3 years as an assistant dance teacher for kids ages 3-10. I volunteered at an after school program last year as a mentor and tutor for kids in elementary and middle school. I am now volunteering in a third grade classroom at a local elementary school. I am also a babysitter and just joined Care.com as a babysitter, too. I am very easy-going, but I know how to keep a kid's attention.
