About Jennie

I am currently taking on new clients for both regular and occasional care. I'm especially excited about working with infants! I am a doula, a professional child care provider, and the co-owner and instructor of The Family Music Class. Since graduating from Smith College where I focused on Family Studies, I've been an au pair in the Netherlands and have worked for multiple families as a FT nanny and house manager. My qualifications include 15 years of babysitting for ages 0-12; 3+ years as a full time nanny (7 months - 6 years old); one summer as a sleepaway camp counselor; and 6 months in a kindergarten classroom. In total, I have cared for over 150 children! As a childcare provider, I prioritize the children's development by fostering an environment of fun and emotional health that aligns with the family's personally held values.
