Hello and thank you for checking out my Bio. I'm a proud mother of 2 Engineers. I'm very healthy, I eat healthy and exercise often. I also have a rescue dog and I love all animals. For starters I had first hand care with my own mother who suffered a severe stroke at age 39; which left her paralyzed. I administered Insulin shots ( meds) , bathed, braced and dressed her for many years. I've worked with several seniors, one that survived cancer and my friend Flo; she was 97 with Dementia. I have worked in a nursing facility in the activities department and have taken a class in Dementia and have CPR training. Healthy living is key as is staying active. As a semi retired hairstylist I can also help in that area too because I go to people's homes post Covid. I have a safe driving record and own a reliable car.
