Kam has been a savior since she has come into our lives to take care of my grandmother. We live in Ireland but my aunt and uncle flew over to Florida after my grandmother had a fall. I interviewed Kam over the phone, she was extremely flexible with her time when asked to meet with my grandmother and family before being offered the job. Kam then guided us through the discharge process and the transition from hospital to home with confidence, expertise and the utmost care. She has a vast knowledge of medications and was able to communicate with the doctors and explain everything to our family with ease. Kam has given us incredible peace of mind and confidence that our grandmother is being extremely well cared for.
