Jeanne is a loving caregiver to everyone around her - not just kids! (even thoughtful towards our pets!) She fully engages on every level with our children, one who is non-verbal (ASD) She's trustworthy, upbeat, kind, genuine, and a pleasure to work with. Jeanne has excellent time management skills and tackled many projects when the boys had "down time." When Jeanne started her position with our family, she stated that she "wanted to be somewhere that she made a difference and felt needed" and within a couple of months, our boys had settled into a nice routine with her. Her full heart is in this work and any family would be fortunate to work with her! Her impact has benefited my sons for the better and we love her for that!
