My experience caring for both of my parents in their elder years (Mom had a stroke and later dementia) and later led me to assisting dear friends in their times of need (recovery from surgeries & required rides to physical therapy) It is extremely difficult for anyone to loose their independence, temporarily or permanently. Let me help you through this difficult process. I do communicate clearly and follow detailed instructions. I can shop for groceries and prepare meals, return packages, & pickup prescriptions. I have a safe driving record, auto insurance and my vehicle is a 2020 Hyundai Tucson which I regularly maintain service. I am a positive, timely woman who is respectful and enjoys a good sense of humor. That's not always easy if pain is involved. I have learned that breathing exercises, sleep & meditation helps with pain management. I am certified in CPR.
