Sharifah provided care for me following a surgery I had in December. She is capable, caring, well organized, and very dependable. She realizes what needs to be done and gets it done without needing direction, and is willing to do whatever it takes to make the patient feel comfortable.  I credit much of my (relatively) easy recovery to Sharifah’s care and recommend her without hesitation. She is a ray of sunshine in the recovery process!

Everyone needs Sharifah in their home, she is highly experienced, skilled and a professional. She has been the most caring reliable caregiver we have had. She helped with my dad who had very bad dementia but she stood in to help with difficult situations even in our absence.. she is very compassionate, honest and dependable, she is very patient and a good communicator I highly recommend Sharifah for anyone who would have her. 

I have been working with Sharifah since December 2021. It is more than three years now and we are still working together.  Since December 2021, I have been supervising a large team to take care of a now almost 100-year-old semi-retired scientist. Sharifah has been one of the most reliable, compassionate, loyal, detail-oriented, honest, sweet, and professional caregivers we have ever had on our team. Because this case is very complicated and the care is quite demanding and detail-oriented, we had to hire and dismiss several people as they couldn't handle all the requirements. The patient had a hip fracture, so the mobility was initially completely and now partially compromised, among others the patient has Parkinson's, Parkinson's induced dementia, swallowing problems, hernia, a lot of skin problems, edema, high as well as low blood pressure, heart failure, etc. Sharifah has handled her job under these circumstances to our highest expectations and with perfection. She is very respectful, and punctual and is always willing to help as well as step in whenever we have emergencies. She is great with hoyer lift, wound care, medication, taking blood pressure and other vitals and keeping records of them, and assessing the patient's overall daily well-being, very calm in difficult and stressful situations. Sharifah is  knowledgeable, thoughtful and an overall expert elderly/dementia caregiver. She anticipates my mother's needs as her disease progresses and is always willing to step in and offer advice and resolutions as needed.  We mostly appreciate how dynamic Sharifah is; there are times when my mother is having a particularly difficult day or the routine has changed and she has modified her care with grace and adeptness . Sharifah has a warm and calm disposition that makes her approachable and puts our family and most importantly my mother at ease. We appreciate all that she has done for our family! 

Sharifah has worked for us for 3 years and has been consistently superlative! We've had a few caregivers but she has lasted the longest because of her diligent attention to care, sweet nature and simply how pleasant and uncomplicated she is to have around. She has been consistently alert and attentive to our Jack's (99yo) needs. Sharifah is great in hands-on situations, assisting with mobility for a 200lb patient and proactively ensuring he gets his exercise, eats and takes meds etc. She has a sound knowledge of wound care, Hoyer lifts and quickly learns new routines, medications and medical conditions. We love having her as a caregiver and you will too!

Sharifah is phenomenal she is amazing i was so busy with work and couldn't help with my mother who was after surgery but sharifah did an awesome job working together with the PT my mother is back on her feet and she is always a happy lady again. With sharifah i 100% recommend her you will never regret having her around your family

Sharifah took care of our mother. She was with us until the end.  Perhaps a year.  She is honest.   loves what she does. Became part of the family, part of the team.  Our mother had serious health issues, bedridden near end and dementia.  It wasnt easy for me as her caretaker but having a caring person like sharifah beside me helped the journey. My mom was comfortable with her.  She is humble and polite in her ways.  Easy to talk to, no ego.
