My husband and I have been married for 38 years with two grown boys, ages 30 and 34. I spent most of the boys early years volunteering at their schools and also some teacher substituting. I also owned a franchise business for a number of years later on. I am a Christian with a strong faith and participate in our women's study groups as well as the couple study groups. My heart leads me in the direction of children, young mothers, veterans, and the elderly. I have also played and competed in tennis since I was 10 years old and still do. I actually taught tennis lessons off and on over the years. I was a part time nanny for two girls for 7 years until the family didn't really need a nanny anymore because the girls were older and independent. I am still very close to the entire family.
