I have been working with children and adults with developmental disabilities since 2010. I have mainly worked within group home settings, but worked 1-1 with each individual. I love working with individuals with disabilities because they have so much more joy in their life than the average person. I also enjoy working with them and seeing them enjoying the care that I give them, and letting them know I care. I love the energy that they have. It's just so satisfying to see them happy! I also enjoy helping each individual express themselves in their own unique way!

We loved having Isatou! She was great with our kids, thorough and helpful with household tasks, and very reliable. She has great experience, and so brought lots of good ideas and patience to some of the particular special needs challenges that we were dealing with at the time. She has a calm demeanor, positive attitude, and was a tremendous asset to our family.
