Isabel worked with us for four months - she was very unreliable most weeks - almost every week, she'd not show up and message us 30 minutes before the day started about "accidents and flat tires" - happened at least 2-3 times a month, every month. She was very accommodating when she interviewed to the point we canceled other interviews and offered her a job. She deceived us w her false promises and left us w no child care without any notice and just blocked our numbers one day. The most unprofessional thing was, she quit with no notice, blocked our family phone numbers - we had to contact the authorities to figure out how to get our money back because we were paying her salary and paid for hours she didn't work. Absolutely unreliable, unprofessional and caused us a lot of heart ache - a child care professional shouldn't be this unprofessional or unreliable. We would highly recommend families looking for reliable help to avoid her.
