We met Elise in person and everything seemed great. She was supposed to start care the following day, said she got a flat tire but could come in the afternoon. After a few hours I texted asking if she was okay, she said she had to get all new tires. I texted her 3 days later asking if she was still good to babysit on her scheduled shift. No response. Following day I checked in again, no response. I very much hope she is okay and nothing bad happened, but I can see that she is getting texts delivered to her. I unfortunately think I was ghosted by her just days before she was supposed to take over care for my son. I would approach with caution :(
