About Irma

We hired Irma for an 11pm-7am Night Shift. She always arrives on time. My father on Hospice Care is bed bound and needs medicines for pain and agitation, assistance with toileting and repositioning every two hours. He is almost nonverbal, if he is awake which is rarely. She is very experienced and has provided excellent, loving and compassionate care for my father. She is patient and speaks softly to my father when he is awake or needs something. I have even improved my caregiver skills because things she has taught me. I am writing this now because my dad may have less than a week with us. Irma was hired because I needed to get more than a couple hours sleep a day. I would recommend Irma to any of my family or friends if they needed a caregiver. Thank you Irma.
