I'm an experienced CNA, I have been working as a nursing assistant for 9 years. I also been a lead nursing assistant for 7 years. I'm certified as a Home Health aide, Restorative Nursing Assistant, and Medical Technician. I also have experience working in private homes and hospice. I assist patients with Hoyer lift, Get you up lift, transfer boards, draw sheet, Positioning Bed Pad with Handles. I have experience in palliative care, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, a Right or Left CVA patients, and hospice care. I'd describe my personality as meticulous, reliable and friendly. My favorite thing about being a nursing assistant is that you get to work with elderly people and I want to make a difference by implementing care plans, providing quality care, maintaining patient dignity and understanding diseases to take the best course of action. I want to grow and continue to learn as a healthcare provider to ensure quality care and treatment for patients.
