I'm a passionate childcare provider with a formal and reserved personality, driven by my love for fostering children's growth and supporting families. My approach includes creative and imaginative activities, ranging from outdoor games to educational games that enhance learning. With 8 years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to 4 children of all ages, including those with special needs. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone calls. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style. My skills include First Aid and CPR training, as well as coursework in early child development. Aside from English, I also know American Sign Language (ASL), which can be a valuable asset in communicating with children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
