About Baylee

I worked as a Behavioral Therapist for 7 years before moving to Tahoe and have been a nanny for a family of three kids here for the last year and a half! I work closely and communicate effectively with parents to ensure their children have a safe and nurturing environment. I'm comfortable enforcing parent and household rules to ensure children understand boundaries and expectations. I enjoy playing games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also love fun and educational games that promote learning. I feel comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages, including kids with special needs. I'm excited to bring my skills and experience to your family and help your children thrive! I do have a family I nanny for regularly, but am looking for more work opportunities for weekends and when the family is out of town/on vacation.
