Charismatic, positive, full of energy, and overall amazing! Maddy was incredible with our two, rambunctious boy (M=18m and T=4 years). She handled M's stranger anxiety so well and he loved her within the first hour. T is a typical boy, oscillating between pure joy and excitement and tantrums, which Maddy was able to handle with poise, calmness, yet authoritatively. My kiddos are active and Maddy is inherently energetic so she played hide/seek, ran around outdoors, in play areas, soccer, etc. She fed them, changed M's diapers, and catered to their whimsical needs while being assertive when needed. She's communicative and kind. Our kids loved her and we will always reach out to her first for our childcare needs!
