I cannot say enough good things about Heloisa. She has been nannying my son full-time for the past 10 months. First and foremost, she loves my son, and she genuinely cares about his well-being. She is a great communicator, is punctual, and she always leaves my house tidy and clean. My son loves Heloisa so much, and we are so lucky to have her in our life. My 18-month old has mild developmental delay, which has required physical, occupational, feeding, and speech therapy. Heloisa has been closely involved with his therapies and has helped reinforce what we learn from the various therapists. In the past 10 months, my son has made great improvements in his development, and I can attribute a lot of his advancement to Heloisa and the work she does with him every day. I must add that Heloisa is also my dog's favorite person. He waits for her at the door and is very disappointed on the weekends when she never shows up. If you are considering hiring Heloisa, do it!
