About Haylee

I graduated from Bowling Green State University with the bachelors in human development and families studies. I love being hands-on with kids than behind the computer screen doing case notes. I have been in childcare for four years and I have done babysitting/nanny for a year. I grew up wanting to be that positive figure to help shape little brain into flourishing adult brains. I'd describe my personality as confident, caring, and enthusiastic. I like working with kids because every day is different. Kids wake up with a different attitude every day if you're not ready to be spontaneous and change plans, then it's going to make every day hard. I'm very flexible and open to change. I have great patience and great active listening skills. Sometimes kids want to know you're going to be there for them and just be a listening ear. Also, I have great time managing skills even in my adult life. I love to show up to places on time or maybe a few minutes early just to prepare myself.
