Hello! I am a queer college student and musician with a passion for childcare and cooking located in Pittsburgh, PA. As the oldest of 4, and a proud godparent to my nephews, childcare has been a lifelong job. Last year I transitioned into professional childcare, and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have cultivated loving relationships with multiple families, and hope to continue on that journey. I have a love for the outdoors, arts and crafts, and especially music and cooking. Hal has become an incredible part of our family over the last year. Aside from being reliable and punctual, they have formed a bond with our son that gives me incredible comfort. When I hand my baby over to Hal at the beginning of my day, he immediately nuzzles up to them - he doesn't even do that when my husband and I pick him up! Hal has also been such a help in the various transitions you make over that first year of life - from breast milk to formula, from mostly naps to mostly play, to starting solids - I trust them with everything. I had a work trip in September to Montreal and Hal came along and stayed with our family! They gave us time for a date night and entertained our baby through the day in a foreign place. I am not even sure I'd trust my parents to do the same in another country. Last but definitely not least: Hal sends professional level baby pictures every day. :)
