About Hailey

I believe that children teach us more than we can ever hope to teach them. I interact with children in an approachable, reliable, and comfortable way that enables them to want to learn from and teach me things simultaneously. I have used this method of child care for years which I believe has fostered the growth of many children. I have been caring for children my entire life. My brother has special needs and I truly believe that growing up with someone who needed extra care has made me a more compassionate and understanding person as well as driven me to the path that I am on. I have experience caring for children with learning disabilities, babies, toddlers, children, twins, tweens, teens and the elderly. I dress up for birthday parties and just genuinely love to make people smile. I am comfortable leading the pack but I have a way about me that allows my charges to feel safe and comfortable, fostering that trust is most important.
