I hired Hafashimana to help getting ready for a medical procedure, and to drive me to and from the procedure. I checked with her multiple times to make sure she knew what I needed, and and to make sure she was planning to assist me. Then on the day of the procedure, she just didn't show up. No messages before or after. I reached out to ask if there was a reason why, and she never responded, she just ghosted me, leaving me without transportation to my procedure. I cannot recommend her.
