Gretchen T is a treasure. She cared for our daughter when I returned to work after my maternity leave in January 2021. She was our nanny for one year. Gretchen is highly experienced as a caregiver. She is a grandmother of six and has been responsible for numerous other children throughout her life. As a new mother, I would lean on Gretchen for advice frequently. She guided me regarding baby health, feeding, sleep training, development, and many other important issues. I always felt comfortable leaving my daughter in her care when I could not be present. I appreciated her professionalism. Gretchen was punctual and reliable at all times. She also went above and beyond by bringing snacks, toys, and books for our child to enjoy. I am heartbroken to move from Pittsburgh because Gretchen has become part of my family. She is one of the most genuine people I have ever met and has a heart of gold.
