I have over 20 years of experience working with children, including those with special needs. For more than 10 years, I have worked in the ABA field, supporting children and young adults ranging from newborns to 23 years old. Over the past 5 years, my focus has been on working with infants and toddlers. I thrive in environments that challenge me and enjoy learning new things along the way. My passion for working with children is at the heart of everything I do-I genuinely enjoy spending time with them and helping them grow. Outside of work, I love cooking, organizing, and spending quality time with my family.

Flor has been a godsend for our family! We connected via care.com after moving away from friends and family on the east coast to CA and it became apparent that we needed some more help. I was apprehensive hiring our first nanny but after meeting Flor that quickly changed. She seamlessly came into our family immediately learning the “language” of my toddler and knowing the rhythms of our baby’s day and Flor began caring for our then 5mo & 3yo in fall of 2023. She has been with us through big transitions like dropping pacifiers, crib to bed, potty training, starting solids and so many more and she has been such a wonderful support for the entire family through every one. She’s always shown kindness and love to our children while also upholding the boundaries we have for them with compassion and patience. Flor is always professional, reliable and has great communication. Knowing that I’m leaving my children and home in the most capable, responsible and caring hands takes all of the stress and anxiety out of my day to day and I couldn’t be more thankful to have Flor in our lives!
