About Fatima

Hi there! I've worked with children across a range of ages, from energetic fourth graders to hilarious and spirited teens (13 to 18 years old), in both educational and out of school settings. Specifically over the past two years, I was in after school and out of schools, instructional coach. in that role, I was able to develop a portfolio of activities related to education, social, emotional learning, and building resilience and physical health, which I'd be happy to share with you! My goal is always to meet children where they are, while gently guiding them toward growth, whether that's academically, emotionally, or socially. Structure and connection are at the center of how I approach care. I believe that setting boundaries and finding commonalities in interactions are what help them flourish.
