Fatou did a good job caring for our children—she was responsible, and the kids were comfortable with her. However, there was an issue with payment. Despite the app’s standard payout process, she insisted on being paid directly through a different payment process after I had already been charged. She also called and spoke out of turn. While her childcare skills were solid, I recommend clarifying payment expectations upfront.
