Farzana has been with us for a little over a year for our little one who is now 2. Her dependability and flexibility (i.e., willingness to stay longer when work became busy) meant a lot to me. Farzana communicated well with us to implement a routine for my daughter. As my daughter starting walking, Farzana was cautious and mindful of safety. And as speech began to develop, Farzana would always engage with my daughter facilitating her language skills. Unfortunately, we are moving to a new home which is too far a distance which is the reason we can no longer have her with us.
