About Erin

For the last 10 years I have built ample experience in childcare and education. I am a Rhode Island Certified Elementary Teacher with a BA in Elementary Education and a M. Ed in Teaching English as a Second Language. Since 2018, I have been employed in public schools. I have spent two years teaching grade two, grade one, and grade three, respectively. Prior to that I worked in private preschool and daycare settings. I have established references from my public school experience as well as private work. In addition to my public school work, I was a private nanny for 7 years, worked in early learning for 2 years, and have experience in summer school, enrichment after school programs, and private tutoring My passion is in literacy and one of my biggest joys is watching my students crack the code of reading. I am data driven and highly qualified, but also truly enjoy spending my time with my students and getting to know them and their families.
