Hello, My name is Erica., and I am 26 years old. I have experience with kiddos who have Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADD/ADHD. I worked as a Behavior technician for 2 years and have gained so much knowledge and understanding through that. Every kiddo is different and I'm passionate about developing and retaining skills in an individualized way. On top of that time for pairing is important to me so that it allows time for your kiddo to see me as a safe person who they can be comfortable with and begin to make some memories with.
