Erica is a rock star!!! Erica worked for us for 1.5 years and was instrumental in keeping our family running smoothly. Her focus and main responsibility was looking after our 3 year old boy. She was truly exceptional compared to other nannies we've had in the past. She played with him, she taught him, she worked on manners and discipline with him. Erica also helped with our 9 and 11 year old girls managing the complexities of car pools, sports practices, etc. Beyond playing "driver" for the kids, she was also their friend, teacher, and advice giver. Overall Erica is a wonderful person and a truly an exceptional nanny.
