Alaina is the perfect nanny! She isn't just a nanny to us, she's a friend. Alaina worked with my little one from the time he was 6 months old til he was just about to turn three. He LOVES Alaina. She knows how to be firm but fair, and has been able to really create an amazing balance for our family and help us whenever we need her. We both work full-time jobs which require us to work on short notice, and she has always been there to take care of him while we're gone! Alaina is engaging, polite, and personable; she is extremely well-mannered, always glowing and full of life! She always makes sure our little one has activities to help him develop mentally, emotionally, and physically. If we weren't moving to California for work/family we would keep her with us forever! Anyone who takes her in to help with their kiddos will be so lucky to have her.
