About Eowyn

Eowyn worked for me at the University for one year. She worked as a Staff Supervisor and Database Coordinator. In the program (Operation Achievement) she was a staff member who helped design and implement the program working with middle school students during the year for a weekly time of tutoring and enrichment with selected students. She worked the first year as a mentor to the students and then spent her additional years as a Staff Supervisor. During this time, Eowyn was very attentive to the students, focused on her job, and very willing to put in the extra time when needed. Middle school is an awkward time for most students, and Eowyn always was attentive to students needs; she could be professional with the students and easily instilled corrective action when behaviors/attitudes were less than perfect (on the students' part). As the database coordinator, she kept all the factual records regarding student hours, grades, etc. and was above average in her computer knowledge. She readily helped all the others when they needed computer knowledge and kept essential records for the program. Eowyn is a very passionate, compassionate person and has a real heart for people. She will do whatever is necessary to realize the best outcome for others. I would highly recommend her for any position working with others. She is definitely a huge asset; one I truly enjoyed having on my team. I am very please to recommend her for the position.
