To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to recommend Julia G. as a nanny. She was our full-time nanny for one and a half years, starting when our son was three months old, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Julia impressed us with her reliability - she was always on time and available for any last-minute shifts we needed. She takes her job seriously even outside regular hours. She keeps up-to-date with safety and best practices for raising children, which was super helpful in guiding us as new parents. She has her own car and would take the kids on trips during the day sometimes to parks, libraries, or the zoo. We are truly grateful for Julia's dedication, flexibility, and the positive impact she had on our son and our family. She has a great sense of humor and wants to feel like a friend, not just your employee. If you just want someone to show up and not be visible, look elsewhere. But we still are friends with her and her husband. Having her so involved gave us a sense that she would go above and beyond when needed, and she really loves the kids.
