About Paola

I have five years of experience working with children -- one year in my home country and four years here in the U. S. I've worked as an au pair, nanny, and in nanny-shares with families of all sizes, including groups of four children and even twins. I have extensive experience with infants and all their developmental milestones, and throughout the years I've cared for more than 20 children from over 15 different families. I genuinely love working with kids because every day is different -- they learn fast, they're naturally curious, and their stories always brighten my day. I'm patient, responsible, and very attentive to each child's needs and personality. Families usually describe me as warm, dependable, and someone who creates a fun and safe environment for their little ones.
