We are working through the paperwork and have yet to truly have Elizabeth work in our home... but so far, her interview process was fantastic. Quite punctual! Great communicator. She has a great sense of maturity and organization and we look forward to bringing her into our family to help ease the burdens brought on by having a child with special needs. She passed the interview with flying colors from both my husband and I, my special needs son (he invited her to play! That's a win!) and my two tween-age daughters ... and we all know how picky tweens can be! The 2 year old didn't really get a vote ;)
